On Sunday, August 19, 2007, the pack visited helicopter squadron HM-14 at the Norfolk Naval Base.

HM-14 flies the MH-53E Sea Dragon used to destroy ship mines.

We learned that their equipment is heavy and hot to wear, but is important for survival in emergencies.

We also got to fly the simulator!

The images were very realistic.
